Dear Dr. Peng, 

  I had to postpone my appointment because I was up too late on Tuesday night and very tired in the morning. I have been more tired than usual partly because of the trauma of this situation. I will see the doctor probably next week.

  I have attached the second page of the letter and the 3-page email Dr. Tsai wrote (see The Email That Started This Nightmare) before including the student's accusation. Please compare what she wrote at that time with what the decision letter now says. They keep changing things to fit their purpose. Also, note what the decision letter says about the student's condition, yet she is advertising on the internet for foreign friends...maybe even a boyfriend. Lots of Taiwanese girls do this, but just say they are looking for a "friend" so that nobody will think they are really seeking a boyfriend. What they say in the decision letter is made up...a big, faking lie!

  My will to sue the people involved in this is very, very, very HIGH! I am in this to win, win, win...and punish those responsible to the full extent of the law. I will not settle for anything less than my name & reputation cleared, compensation for the violations and damage done to me, and punishment for them.

  No, there was no lawyer present at either committee meeting. The lawyer and I discussed that there are many instances of violations by the committee during the investigation...and one of the biggest is that from the start they had already made up their minds...thus, they prejudiced my case and their obvious bias showed in how they handled this and some comments they made. I will tell you how I think this happened in person one day. The outcome could only be what it is because this is how it was planned to get me out, satisfy Dr. Tsai, and make it possible for them to move the position under the nursing department and hire someone they can control and will pass all the students.

Dear Curtis: 

I have some information from one of the member of the committee, but it will not be useful if you do not appeal for their final decision, remember in some days from Aug 31.

The best way now to fight for yourself is though legal accusation.

As you mentioned, they got what they want though the machinery of the authority of the college.

To appeal to the media may get a opposite effect, be careful, please discuss with the lawyer before send to the media. 

Besides, the girls advertisement on the web may not be an evidence of her condition, because of the timing and may be she is cured after knowing that you are guilty.
