Not The Only One to Suffer at The Hands of An Abusive Administration

  Lest any of you get the overly-optimistic notion that my nightmare was just an isolated or rare transgression by the nursing university administration, let's flash forward 4 months to early January 2008 and take a look at an email from Dr. Peng that illustrates another of the kind of underhanded and deplorable tactics the-then administration used to cower and manipulate the Taiwanese admin and teaching staff while abusing their rights.

The authority of NTCN had lost her head!

At the end of 2007, the last working day, the personnel office ordered all the teachers and assistants of special plan (the situation of what your position was) to sign an agreement of salary deduction in the coming year, without any explanation! 50-60 staffs are announced to sign before 2 PM otherwise they will not be employed in the next year. 

Although after fighting they got a promise that the salary will not be changed, but it is harmful to our staffs. All but the decision makers (you can guess who) think what a ridiculous rough policy!  

And, at that day two of the assistant were announced that their contracts will not be renewed. Moreover, the third one was informed at the afternoon of 2nd Jan 2008 to leave her job even she already signed the agreement. The only reason is "according to the date of the contract"! 

One of our colleagues said this event was a copy of what happened on Curtis, although not all the same

Win what you should have from your lawsuit, or NTCN will never give you a cent!

  Thanks for the Hero lyrics and encouragement...plus your continued help with this horrible, nightmare situation. My life has been turned upside down since this started in June and it will be a struggle to maintain some sanity for the duration of the fight against this evil. I'm not sure how I'll be able to keep a healthy focus and love for my work with this constantly hanging over me. Only justice will allow me to find a starting point to some recovery from this. I can not and will not settle for anything less than full justice and retribution for the crimes against me.

You may find valuable information from Alice's Yang's blog.  In her blog's article,  you may find that she talked about the committee of gender equality held on the same day as yours.  Also, she stated how she felt about you and your image in her mind.  It seems that she was pretty sure that the college will terminate your contract at the time while she was investigating.  According her latest article, you may find that she falls in love with a white man and is afraid that her family may not like him because of different race from hers.  I hope this information may be helpful.

Dear Adeline,

  Thanks a lot for the interesting and possibly helpful information! The personal ad may be hers, it does sound very much like her. It shows the last time she logged onto the web site was back on December 18, 2006.
  As for her blog, I'll have one of my friends to look at it (and give some relevant examples to the lawyer) and tell me some of the interesting/key things they find. From what you've told me so far, sound like there could be some useful information there and also can refute the bogus story that she was "traumatized" after the false story I touched her. It appears she's quite interested and even a bit aggressive in trying to meet/date a foreign man. Perhaps the theory I had earlier that she had some romantic interest in me may be real and that may play a part in why she participated in this lie...revenge because I did not respond to her attempts....maybe she was hurt by someone before and also still angry over that. There is much more to this situation than just a false accusation.
  Appreciate you taking the time to find these and hope we can find even stronger evidence of what happened.

I can hardly believe that the appeal to the committee will change the conclusion if any,

because somebody control the committee to make what they want. The psycological situation of the girl after June 4 was not true, who dared to prove that for her? The investigators entrusted by the committee used it (depression of the girl) as a pretense to support the conclusion they made. 

The chance for you will be to take "legal action".

All of the staffs of the college I talked with all surprised at such an unbelievable content described in the document that the authority gave you. 

If the lawyer needs my information, please tell me, I'd like to contact with him.
So many facts imply that the authority of the college conduct the conclusion. 

The cost for the legal action is expansive, if you are financially difficult, please let me know.

Dear Dr. Peng, 

I and the lawyer will write an appeal to the committee and hope together with whatever you were told it will start to make a positive impact and aid in the legal action which I will surely take.

As for the student's advertisement, it is almost impossible from the letter's (fake) description of the student's condition that she could so rapidly and completely recover like that. My father is an expert in psychology and it would be a miracle for someone to go from okay to "socially withdrawn" to okay again in such a short time. It is an example of her & Dr. Tsai's trickery. The only other answer would be that the student is bipolar, schizophrenic, manic depressive or has some other serious psychological disorder that would allow her to have such rapid and dramatic swings in mood, clarity and thinking. For now, I am delaying saying anything to the media. The right time may come later, or I might have another more subtle way to get my situation out to other people who might help.

One of Many Cases of Legal and Human Rights Abuses in Taiwan

  By far I'm not alone in suffering the legal and human rights abuses of an employer, the judiciary or the government in Taiwan. In the many years I spent off and on in Taiwan, I read and heard numerous tales of expats wrongly accused, taken advantage of by unscrupulous employers, robbed of their children by vengeful wives, hastily deported by authorities merely on the say of a jilted ex-GF...the cases stretch endlessly.

  Reading anything substantive about what really happened is difficult as the Taiwan press only focus on sensationalizing anything they can about the allegations  against the accused foreigner while ignoring any possibility that the accusation might be untrue and the real culprit a Taiwanese. Most often those accused are hustled out of the country without any course of counteraction or appeal, or they resolve themselves to their impossible situation and they leave Taiwan quietly.

  In searching the internet for information on rights abuses in Taiwan, some time back I came across another blog by a American professor who has been fighting much longer than I - 12 years so far - against his own injustice inflicted by the National Cheng Kung University. In the introduction to his blog he states: "I formerly taught at National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan. I was illegally dismissed in 1999 and won an appeal at the Ministry of Education in Taipei in 2001, but the university refused to enforce that ruling for nearly 2 1/2 years. Since then the university has neither compensated me nor apologized for human rights abuses..."

In the background, right side of the Oct. 14 photo also looks like Alice's friend "Witness A" is in attendance.

Hunting, Hunting, Hunting: A "Depressed, Socially Withdrawn" Shyster Seeks Friends

  Ohhhh...what a great idea my friends had to follow Alice Yang's information trail on the web! It turned into a treasure-trove of postings all over the web seeking friends, boyfriends, etc, as well as insight into the emotional and psychological workings of someone with untreated problems. 

  It became my misfortune to cross paths with not just one but a pack of sociopathic individuals with total lack of morality or concern for their self-serving pursuit of gratification. Alice's collaboration with the nursing university administrators made for the "perfect crime" against me...but the perpetrators never anticipated my resolve nor the resolve of my close friends to expose their ruse.

  Here are some more of Alice's numerous postings on the web (with rough Google translations) seeking all manner of friends at a time when the nursing university was continually claiming she was depressed and socially withdrawn:
